I am a lawyer based in Frisco, Texas, who provides legal expertise to businesses in the areas of financial institutions transactional and regulatory matters, commercial transactions, information technology, outsourcing, and licensing, privacy, mortgage banking, electronic commerce and the Internet.  

I bring to my clients over thirty-six years of experience in representing banks and other financial institutions and business entities of various sizes and types, on a wide variety of often complex legal matters. 

While the world wide web and electronic commerce have become increasingly important as means to transact business, sound legal and business principles continue to govern commerce, whether offline or online. I understand that business lawyers do not exist in a vacuum: they are tools that businesses use to deliver value to their customers and stakeholders. I also understand that to effectively assist my clients in delivering that value, I must understand my clients’ businesses and how I, as a lawyer, can help them meet their strategic and operational goals.
